Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months sales and service experience in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Demonstrates professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.
• Proficient in basic math and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of safety and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers to identify financial needs.
• Process a variety of transactions (accounts, deposits, loans).
• Cross-sell products and services to customers.
• Build a book of business and refer to appropriate departments.
• Assist branch management with daily tasks and reporting.
