Job summary

EAB in Washington, DC is seeking a Relationship Engagement Associate to join the Connectedness team. You will manage activation and progression of introduction-based leads, coordinating with SLs, PDEs, PDRs and partners to drive momentum and convert opportunities.

The ideal candidate has strong project mgmt, the ability to influence without authority, and experience in sales operations or business development. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with Salesforce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic record.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation and progression of all introduction-based leads from receipt to visit scheduled.
• Serve as the central point of coordination across SLs, PDEs, PDRs, and partners.
• Drive follow-up efforts to ensure opportunities do not stall, age, or go unworked.
• Maintain accountability for activation speed, scheduling coordination, and lead-to-visit conversion outcomes.
• Identify and remove barriers preventing opportunities from advancing.
• Re-engage stalled opportunities and develop creative activation strategies when traditional outreach is unsuccessful.
