Education Advisory Board is hiring an Entry Level Relationship Engagement Associate in Washington, DC. You will manage activation and progression of introduction-based leads, coordinating with SLs, PDEs, PDRs, and partners to drive momentum and outcomes.

The Relationship Engagement Associate will be a part of the Connectedness team, which exists to strengthen collaboration across the firm, maximize the impact of strategic relationships, and accelerate commercial outcomes through 1EAB and other firmwide initiatives.
Working closely with Strategic Leaders (SLs), Partner Development Executives (PDEs), Partner Development Representatives (PDRs), and partners/prospects, this role manages the activation and progression of introductions, removes execution barriers, and maintains momentum on leads that often require persistence, creativity, and cross‑functional coordination. This individual is responsible for ensuring no opportunity is lost due to lack of follow‑up, unclear ownership, or operational friction.
Success in this role requires a unique combination of relationship management, project management, sales operations, and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable influencing without authority, and motivated by driving measurable business outcomes.
This hire may be based in Washington, D.C.
The anticipated starting salary (base) for this role is $41,000 per year.
