  • Maintain accountability for activation speed, scheduling coordination, and lead‑to‑visit conversion outcomes
  • Identify and remove barriers preventing opportunities from advancing
  • Re‑engage stalled opportunities and develop creative activation strategies when traditional outreach is unsuccessful
Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Activate newly acquired database contacts and strategic account lists to identify introduction opportunities
  • Partner with lead passers to convert relationship intelligence into actionable introductions

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Commitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB’s mission, values, and aspiration.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Great attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Experience in sales operations, business development, account management, consulting, project management, or a related field
