The Inn at Hastings Park – Relais & Châteaux in Lexington, MA is seeking a breakfast/lunch line cook for a Friday-to-Tuesday schedule from 6am to 2pm. You will set up the continental breakfast and cook from the hot line for breakfast and lunch, while assisting with dinner prep and cleaning tasks.

Ideal candidates have kitchen English, hot line experience, a strong sense of urgency, and familiarity with best practices.

Qualifications

• Kitchen English required to read tickets and communicate with servers.
• Hot line cook experience on breakfast/lunch service.

Responsibilities

• Set up continental breakfast for service.
• Cook hot breakfast items on the line for breakfast and lunch.
• Assist in dinner preparation and prep work as needed.
• Weekly deep cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Change fryer oil and clean the station.
• Clean up station and store leftovers properly.
• Receive and put away food orders.
• Ensure timely, high-quality food delivery across services.
• Adhere to sanitation regulations and maintain professionalism.
