Job summary

The Chatham Inn, Cape Cod’s Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star hotel, seeks a Breakfast Cook to produce orders quickly and uphold the highest standards of quality.

You will learn the breakfast menu, prep items for service, keep the station clean, and work with teammates to delight guests in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Minimum 1 year in a similar role, strong English skills, and flexibility to work holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reading, writing, and spoken English proficiency.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operation.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and delight guests.

Responsibilities

• Open and organize breakfast station and cook all items for service.
• Prepare all items for breakfast service.
• Rearrange the line for cooking and service.
• Ensure food leaves kitchen at peak condition.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area per health regs.
• Prepare food for next shift and following day as directed.
• Learn breakfast menu, recipes, and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
