Job summary

Inn at Hastings Park in Lexington, MA, part of Relais & Châteaux, seeks a breakfast/lunch line cook to work approximately Friday through Tuesday, 6am–2pm. You will set up continental breakfast, cook hot items for breakfast and lunch, and assist with prep, cleaning, and night-end tasks.

The role requires reading tickets, hot line experience, and a sense of urgency to deliver quality food and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Working level of Kitchen English, able to read tickets and communicate with servers.
• Hot line cook experience required.
• Urgency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Familiar with industry best practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up continental breakfast.
• Cook hot breakfast items on the line for breakfast and lunch.
• Cook the hot line during lunch service.
• Perform weekly deep cleaning and fryer oil changes.
• Maintain clean stations and manage leftover food.
• Ensure food comes out high quality and on time.
• Follow sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain positive, professional teamwork and guest service.
