Relais & Châteaux in Lexington (MA) seeks a breakfast/lunch line cook to cover Fri–Tue, 6am–2pm. You set up continental breakfast, cook on the hot line, and assist with prep and closing duties. Requires Kitchen English, line cook experience, and a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• Working level of Kitchen English; able to read tickets and speak to servers about ticket issues.
• Hot Line Cook experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up continental breakfast
• Cook hot breakfast items on the line for breakfast and lunch
• Cook the hot line during lunch service
• Perform weekly deep cleaning and fryer oil changes
• Maintain clean stations and manage leftovers
• Receive and put away food orders
• Ensure timely, high-quality dish output
• Adhere to sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain positive, professional interactions with coworkers and customers
