You will handle scheduling, patient communication, and coordination with payers while contributing to quality and safety programs in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years Customer Service/Medical experience desired.
• Experience in insurance verification, patient registration and medical terminology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient flow from entry to destination ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service delivery.
• Accurate and timely resolution of patient accounts.
• Insurance verification, prior authorization, and coordination of benefits.
• Communicate with payers and patients to confirm financial information.
• Accurate patient registration and scheduling of recurring appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and direct patients and visitors appropriately.
• Participate in departmental operations and performance-improvement activities.
• Comply with infection control, equipment training, regulatory standards, and safety programs.
• Order, distribute, and maintain department supplies.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service standards to support departmental goals.
