Job summary

The Salvation Army Saint Petersburg seeks a case manager to oversee a defined caseload within a rehabilitation program. You will develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and conduct regular meetings with beneficiaries and staff to ensure goals are met.

The role requires at least two years' experience in direct case management or social services. Certification as an Addiction Counselor is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct case management or social services experience.
• Experience in rehabilitation programs or related field preferred but not required.
• Certified Addiction Counselor certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned caseload of beneficiaries in a rehabilitation program.
• Develop program plans/goals and evaluate beneficiaries' progress through routine meetings with beneficiaries and staff.
• Advocate for beneficiaries to obtain services to cope with their environment.
