The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory is seeking a Counselor to support beneficiaries in a rehabilitation program. You will manage a caseload, develop goals, and evaluate progress through routine meetings with beneficiaries and staff.

You will advocate for beneficiaries to access needed services, maintain accurate records, and comply with policies. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong counseling and computer data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct case management or social services experience.
• Ability to develop program plans and evaluate beneficiary progress.
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and interacting with diverse personalities.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
