Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC Suncoast in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Part-Time Case Manager with Benefits to support a rehabilitation program. You will manage and monitor a caseload of beneficiaries, develop program plans and goals, and meet regularly with clients and staff to review progress.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct case management or related social services experience.
• Experience in advocacy and coordinating services for beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop program plans and goals and evaluate progress through routine meetings.
• Conduct regular meetings with beneficiaries and staff to review progress.
• Advocate for beneficiaries to access services needed for functioning.
