Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist in delivering rehabilitation services and preparing patients for therapy. You will support patient exercises, maintain treatment areas, and help keep equipment stocked, while updating the clinical team on patient status.
The position is casual/on-call for day shift with on-site parking and a collaborative work environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 0–2 years of rehab experience.

Assists in the delivery of rehabilitation services to patients. Prepares patients for therapy, provides support with patient exercises, preparation of treatment areas, and maintenance of therapy equipment, and documenting patient progress. Keeps the rehabilitation area clean and stocked. Updates the clinical team on patient status and manages supply inventory.
Salary Range: Minimum $22.00/hour - Maximum $22.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
