Job summary

Sibley Memorial Hospital, part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, seeks a Rehabilitation Aide to assist in delivering rehabilitation services and preparing patients for therapy. You will support patient exercises, keep the treatment area clean and stocked, and report patient progress to the clinical team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of rehab experience, with potential substitutions between education and years of experience. Competitive hourly wage offered.

General Summary:

Assists in the delivery of rehabilitation services to patients. Prepares patients for therapy, provides support with patient exercises, preparation of treatment areas, and maintenance of therapy equipment, and documenting patient progress. Keeps the rehabilitation area clean and stocked. Updates the clinical team on patient status and manages supply inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Required)
• One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting (Required)

Salary Range:

Minimum $22.00/hour - Maximum $22.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
