Job summary

Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, seeks a Rehabilitation Aide II to support the delivery of rehabilitation services alongside therapists and the care team. You will prepare patients and treatment areas, assist with therapeutic activities, maintain equipment, and help coordinate workflow to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, 2+ years in a rehab setting, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting (Required).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (Required).
• One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience, or vice versa.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced support in delivering rehabilitation services.
• Prepare patients and treatment areas; support therapeutic activities; maintain equipment; coordinate workflow.
• Contribute to inventory management and process improvement; communicate patient status to the care team.
