Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, seeks a Rehabilitation Aide II to support delivery of rehabilitation services. Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, has a distinguished history of serving the community since its founding in 1890. As a not-for-profit and full-service community hospital, Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley’s campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers.
Provides advanced support in the delivery of rehabilitation services, working closely with therapists and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role demonstrates increased independence, technical proficiency, and initiative in preparing patients and treatment areas, supporting therapeutic activities, maintaining equipment, and coordinating workflow. The Rehabilitation Aide II also plays a key role in inventory management, process improvement, and communication of patient status, contributing to optimal clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
Minimum 18.00/hour - Maximum 25.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
