Job summary

Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Warranty & Rehab Project Manager to lead warranty requests and rehabilitation projects from intake to completion. You will define scopes, manage budgets and timelines, ensure compliance, and communicate across owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied properties, with regular on-site visits.

You will partner with Homeowner Services and Construction teams to resolve issues, support acquisitions, and document funding and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in construction, rehab, or project management.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage timelines and deliverables in complex projects.
Willingness to spend ~40% of time in the field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM software.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for warranty requests between homeowners, technicians, subs, and teams.
Define and manage rehab scopes, budgets, and schedules.
Conduct weekly site visits to assess progress and quality.
Collaborate with Homeowner Services and Construction teams to resolve issues.
Support rehab acquisition, site evaluation, and data for decisions.
Supervise Building Maintenance team member handling warranty repairs.
Manage maintenance and repair requests for Habitat-owned properties.
Assist with funding docs and reporting for warranty/rehab.
Drive efficiency and accountability across rehab activities.
