Invitation Homes in Georgia is seeking a Rehab & Turn Manager to supervise home rehab and turn operations in an assigned market. You will lead a team of Superintendents, coordinate with market teams, and ensure processes meet company standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma, OSHA 10 certification, 2 years supervisory experience in single-family construction or renovation, strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of local housing laws and building codes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of home rehab and turn activities in an assigned market.
• Manage a team of Superintendents and ensure resident care and compliance with rehab/turn processes.
• Coordinate with market teams to balance cost with resident experience.
• Source, onboard, and coordinate local contractors as needed.
• Negotiate and re-evaluate pricing for contracted work.
• Validate billings and provide explanations for expenses to residents and leadership.
• Ensure properties are improved to company standards.
