Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Rehab & Turn Manager in Sandy Springs, GA to supervise home rehab and turn operations across an assigned market. You will lead a team of Superintendents, coordinate contractors, and ensure processes meet company standards while balancing costs and resident experience.

The role requires OSHA 10 certification, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and travel as needed to portfolio properties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in single-family construction/renovation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead rehab and turn activities in the assigned market.
• Manage a team of Superintendents and ensure rehab processes follow standards.
• Collaborate with market teams to balance cost and resident experience.
• Source, onboard and coordinate local contractors as needed.
• Negotiate and re-evaluate volume-based pricing for contracted work.
