Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
• Experience managing complex projects through to completion.
• Track record of building respectful relationships with team members and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work for all vacant homes in the portfolio.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues; escalate as needed.
• Direct and oversee work by in-house technicians and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of rehabilitation and turn projects.
