Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a National Manager, Rehab & Turn to lead and optimize the make-ready and rehab operations for our single-family rental program. You will drive programs, train teams, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure on-time, cost-effective execution.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within residential construction, strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills, plus proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Yardi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, purchasing and residential construction, including reviewing bids/estimates and change orders.
• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other business applications (Salesforce, Tableau, Yardi).
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support national market teams as a subject matter expert for all systems, processes, and programs used in Rehab and Turn operations.
• Manage, lead, and support National Rehab and Turn programs and/or cross-functional projects.
• Support optimization of Rehab and Turn technology systems and processes by identifying opportunities to introduce controls and remove inefficiencies.
• Assist with the management of timelines and reporting for all aspects of the make ready process.
• Monitor operational expenses and budget to balance financial objectives with home quality and resident experience.
