Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Rehab & Turn Supervisor to lead a team of Superintendents across our single-family portfolio. You will guide project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control to meet home rehab and turn objectives in your market.

You will onboard and train Superintendents, ensure safety compliance, and manage vendor relationships while delivering a high-quality resident experience. Occasional travel within the portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification required; 90 days to complete if not certified.
• Proven 2+ years supervisory experience in single-family construction, renovation or maintenance.
• Strong organizing, time-management and communications skills.
• Experience using tablets and business apps (Outlook, Salesforce).
• Ability to read financial statements and perform intermediate math.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel within portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire new Superintendents.
• Lead onboarding, training, budgeting, and project management.
• Ensure safety compliance and code adherence.
• Oversee daily operations to hit rehab and turn objectives.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and performance.
• Conduct periodic quality control inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
