Job summary

Sheltering Arms Institute seeks a full-time Rehab Tech for our outpatient team at the Hanover Center. Under a therapist's supervision, you will assist with patient care, transfers, ADLs, mobility, and ambulation, while helping keep the space clean and safe.

This role requires flexibility and reliability. Outpatient rehab experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assistance including patient transport, ADLs, transfers, strengthening, mobility, and ambulation tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; assist therapists through direct care and delegated tasks.

Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a full-time Rehab Tech to join our outpatient team.This position will provide coverage at our Hanover Center.Under the direct supervision of a therapist, the Rehab Tech provides patient care and assistance including, but not limited to, patient transport, ADLs, transfers, strengthening, mobility, assist with leisure participation, and ambulation tasks. Takes responsibility to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Provides assistance to therapists through direct care and delegated tasks. This position requires a great deal of flexibility as well as reliability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is preferred

Education/Certifications

• High School diploma/GED required.High
• School or college degree with interest in further education related to healthcare.
• Healthcare professionals CPR certification preferred.

Compensation

• $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
• This range reflects our commitment to pay equity and market competitive compensation.
• Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.
