Job summary

Sheltering Arms Institute seeks a full-time Rehab Tech to join our Hanover Center outpatient team. Under a therapist’s supervision, you’ll provide patient care, patient transport, ADLs, transfers, mobility work, and assistance with strengthening and leisure activities.

We value reliability and flexibility; outpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, with interest in healthcare education, and CPR certification if possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required. School or college degree with interest in further education related to healthcare.
• Healthcare professionals CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under therapist supervision, provide patient care including transport, ADLs, transfers, strengthening, mobility, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and assist therapists with delegated tasks.

Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a full-time Rehab Tech to join our outpatient team. This position will provide coverage at our Hanover Center. Under the direct supervision of a therapist, the Rehab Tech provides patient care and assistance including, but not limited to, patient transport, ADLs, transfers, strengthening, mobility, assist with leisure participation, and ambulation tasks. Takes responsibility to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Provides assistance to therapists through direct care and delegated tasks. This position requires a great deal of flexibility as well as reliability.

Compensation

• $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
