Qualifications

• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follows infection control policies and Northwestern Medicine procedures.
• Operates and maintains rehab equipment safely and logs maintenance.
• Ensures EOC meets JCAHO standards at all times.
• Assists therapists in patient care under supervision and anticipates needs.
• Communicates changes in patient status to the therapist promptly.
• Interacts professionally with patients and families and explains care plans.
