Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; masters/doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in computer data entry using Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Licensed Speech Therapist in the state; active license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY Speech Clinical Fellows and students.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Complete timely documentation per policies and third-party requirements.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control standards.
