Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Masters or Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in computer systems such as Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY or students as applicable.
• Communicate with doctors, nurses, families on progress and discharge planning.
• Complete timely documentation per policy and payer requirements.
