Job summary

PACS is seeking a Staff Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate residents, develop and update treatment plans, and document services in medical records. You will collaborate with physicians and the health team to support resident goals.

You will also train facility staff, supervise CFY or students, and communicate progress to families, ensuring compliant documentation and safe care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY/Clinical Fellows or students as applicable.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with families and physicians.
