Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed Speech Therapist in the state; continuing education required.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY Speech Clinical Fellows and students.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Educate residents and caregivers on goals and home programs.
