SNF Rehab & Healthcare in Columbus, OH is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to lead speech and swallowing rehabilitation programs for residents. The role directs patient participation and develops individualized treatment plans to restore communication and safety during meals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, is licensed or eligible in Ohio, and pursues ASHA CCC eligibility. This is a full-time position with benefits and Overtime availability.

Qualifications

• Master’s level教育 in speech-language pathology from an ASHA‑accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment goals; implement plans and document care.
• Coordinate adaptive communication devices and instruct residents in use.
• Select activities matching resident capacity and interests.
• Collaborate with rehab team to choose best therapy regimen.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
