Job summary

TAG MedStaffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an outpatient practice in Springfield, OH. The SLP will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve communication and swallowing outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Ohio license or eligibility, and CCC-SLP is preferred. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required.
• Active Ohio SLP license or eligibility required.
• CCC-SLP preferred with CFY considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, and swallowing concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.
• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on goals and strategies.
