Job summary

TAG MedStaffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide outpatient therapy in Springfield, OH. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, and monitor progress to improve communication and swallowing outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active Ohio SLP license (or eligibility) with a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active Ohio SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY eligible.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency with EMR and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve communication and swallowing.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on goals and strategies.
