Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment.
• CCC in Speech Language Pathology from ASHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of communication and swallowing.
• Develop goal-oriented treatment plans to maximize communication and swallowing potential.
• Collaborate with Rehab Therapy team to ensure interdisciplinary care.
• Contribute to monitoring service quality and peer reviews.
• Assist in program development and policy updates for the SLP role.
• Maintain supplies and share knowledge with colleagues.
