Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking an Operations Coordinator for Rehab Patient Services to manage registration, scheduling, and patient check-in across outpatient clinics. You will work with the Rehab Patient Services Manager and clinical staff to ensure efficient delivery of care and smooth front-office operations.

This role supports staff onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development, partnering with managers to schedule coverage, maintain attendance records, and assist with CPT/ICD

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• High school graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, register and check-in patients to fill staffing gaps or regularly.
• Assist Manager with interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff; participate in annual performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with RS leadership to ensure consistent information and processes; support billing projects as needed.
• Support patient experience by partnering with clinicians and leaders to schedule adequate coverage.
