Sunshine Health Facilities is seeking a CNA for a Sunday-Wednesday NOC shift (10pm-6am) in Spokane Valley, WA. The role requires active Washington CNA certification and offers base pay plus NOC differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Starting wage depends on experience, with a $4.00/hour NOC differential and benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with employer match, PTO from day one, and on-site perks. Join a purpose-driven team in a long-standing local provider.

Formación

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) in Washington.
• Current CPR certification (facility can provide).
• Must be eligible for the National OBRA Registry.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• Successful completion of a Washington state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or other education which meets state certification requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, compassionate and friendly care to residents while ensuring a safe and calm environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow individualized plan of care for residents.
• Document and communicate care and changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assure client dignity, rights and safety.
• Follow guidelines for universal precautions and procedures.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses)
