Job summary

Sunshine Health Facilities is seeking a Per Diem LPN for Skilled Nursing Rehab – Days, Eves or NOCs. Per Diem 12% increase added to base wage, with base pay $32.96–$44.30 per hour and shift differentials: $1 eve, $4 NOC, $3 weekend; on-site facility in Spokane Valley.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Washington State or Multistate Compact.
• CPR certificate currently valid (facility can provide)

• Coordinate management of client’s outpatient mental health benefits.
• Monitor individual treatment plans and achievement of treatment goals.
• Assist in medication storage, reordering, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management of client’s outpatient mental health benefits
• under PHP for persons assigned to primary caseload including monitoringof individual treatment plans and achievement of treatment goals.
• Assist in establishing and implementing procedures for medicationstorage, reordering, administration and client compliance.
• Administer medications as directed. Observe for effectiveness and sideeffects.
• Perform routine assessment of physical complaints; monitor ongoingmedical problems and make client referrals for medical emergencies androutine follow-ups.
• Maintain and enhance customer service to ensure that both external andinternal customers of the facility have a positive experience.
• Comply with all state WAC requirements and facility policies andprocedures.
• Ensure assigned staff complies with all state WAC requirements andfacility policies and procedures.
• Perform facility charting requirements, correspondence, SALs and otherpaperwork in a complete and timely manner.
• Perform all other nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses)

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• An active LPN license in Washington State or Multistate Compact
• Current CPR certificate (facility can provide)
