Basic requirements:

• Must be currently certified in Washington State as a NAC
• Must maintain an active certification in good standing throughout employment. Specific Job Requirements

• Must have proficiency in all patient care areas including but not limited to: direct patient care, patient rights, and safety and sanitation

• Must understand and follow company policies including harassment social media and compliance procedures Essential Functions
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in an environment which promotes resident rights, dignity, freedom of choice and their individuality
• Ensure that individualized care plans are followed to assist residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well being
• Attends to the individual needs of residents including all personal care, transfers, mobility, weights, vital signs and other duties as assigned
• Maintain Infection control procedures utilizing PPE and proper disposal of soiled material
• Maintain a safe workplace through good body mechanics, participating in fire/safety disaster plans, correcting and/or reporting unsafe conditions
• Complete requirements for in-service training
• Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors for completion of job duties with minimal direction
