Sunshine Health Facilities opens a brand-new assisted living community and seeks Caregivers to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care.

We offer multiple shifts (Day, Evening, NOC) and a competitive benefits package, with growth opportunities and a strong focus on a respectful, teamwork-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide license required.
• CPR certification required (can obtain on hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Encourage resident independence with appropriate assistance.
• Observe resident condition and report changes to nurse or supervisor.
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other observations.
• Assist with restorative and supportive care as directed.

Position Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Encourage resident independence while providing appropriate assistance.
• Observe residents for changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition and promptly report concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other observations as assigned.
• Assist with restorative and supportive care as directed.
