Job summary

Sunshine Health Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) in Washington to provide compassionate care in a Rehab Skilled Nursing setting.

You will support residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and document changes while maintaining dignity and safety. Qualifications include a WA NAC and CPR certification, a high school diploma or GED, and successful completion of a WA-approved NAC course.

Qualifications

• NAC WA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required (facility can provide).
• Education must meet WA state requirements and not be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, compassionate and friendly care to residents while ensuring a safe and calm environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow individualized plan of care for residents.
• Document and communicate care and changes accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses)

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) in Washington
• Current CPR certification (facility can provide)

Required Education

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• Successful completion of a Washington state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or other education which meets state certification requirements

Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
