Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support the Methodist Rehab team. The role combines front-desk duties, patient greeting, co-pay collection, and coordination of follow-up appointments and referrals.

You will assist in three rehab areas and help maintain a courteous, compliant patient experience in a fast-paced setting. This on-site position offers benefits and structured shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills required.
• Ability to greet patients and manage scheduling tasks with courtesy.
• Knowledge of patient confidentiality and HIPAA is important.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families at the front desk.
• Collect co-pays and schedule follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Support departmental clerical duties for Methodist Rehab teams.
• Assist with centralized scheduling lines and ensure timely patient service.
