Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Rehab Director to join our skilled nursing facility in Erwin, TN. You will oversee the delivery of therapy services across PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

This salaried and bonus-eligible role offers a $7,000 sign-on bonus, with Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities to lead a dynamic rehab team dedicated to improving residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as PTA, COTA or SLP in TN.
• Master's or doctorate in Speech Language Pathology or associate's degree for PTA/OTA.
• Prefer 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a PTA, COTA or SLP in TN
• Master's or doctorate's degree in Speech Language Pathology or associate's degree for Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Prefer 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
