Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a dynamic Rehab Director for our skilled nursing facility in Erwin, TN. The RD will manage day-to-day operations and deliver direct clinical care, leading a diverse rehab team across physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Open to PTA, OTA/L or SLP candidates; Tennessee license required; prior RD or management experience preferred. This is a salaried role with a quarterly bonus structure and a $7,000 sign-on bonus, with excellent medical, dental and vision plans

We currently are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated therapist to serve as Rehab Director for our skilled nursing facility in ERWIN, TN. As an RD you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations and providing direct clinical care.

Broad River Rehab is a NC based growing therapy company which partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for the Rehab Director:

• Full-time
• Open to: PTA, OTA/L, or SLP
• Tennessee license required
• Previous management experience required
