Job summary

Broad River Rehab's assisted living facility in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (full or part time) to oversee therapy services and department operations for PTA or COTA teams. You will lead clinical excellence and cultivate a collaborative environment for therapists to positively impact residents' lives.

Licensure is required with a bachelor's or master's in a related field; doctorate is preferred. Benefit-rich role with opportunity for growth in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure.
• Bachelor's or Master's in related field; Doctorate preferred, or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Full Time with option for Part Time in Rocky Mount
