Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Mars Hill, NC is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP) in a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to impact residents’ lives.

The role requires current state licensure, an associate degree in PT/PTA/OT/COTA or SLP, and at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to join our Mars Hill NC Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
• Prior Management experience preferred

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting.
