Broad River Rehab in Spencer, TN, is seeking a Rehab Director to guide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. You will supervise PT, OT, PTA, COTA, and SLP teams, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance within a collaborative work culture.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, program development, and staff mentoring. A sign-on bonus of $5,000.00 is offered, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a dedicated SNF team.

Competenze

• Current state licensure as a COTA or PTA.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in PTA/COTA.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a COTA or PTA
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting
