As Director, you will lead the rehab team, manage department operations, ensure clinical excellence, and collaborate with staff to enhance resident outcomes and quality of life.

Formación

• Current state licensure
• 1 year supervisory/management experience in a rehab setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
