Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, seeking a Director of Rehabilitation in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. Lead a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP) and oversee clinical quality, productivity, scheduling, and staffing within a SNF setting.

Role emphasizes outcomes-driven care, mentorship, and autonomy while collaborating with admissions, nursing and leadership to grow census and ensure patient-centered, ethics-guided care across a 12-facility network.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in good standing — PT, OTR, PTA, COTA, or SLP.
• Clinical experience in SNF settings; leadership ability to grow and retain a therapy team.
• Ethics-led, outcomes-driven care with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team including PT, OT, SLP, and therapy assistants.
• Oversee clinical quality, productivity, and compliance across the therapy department.
• Manage caseload, scheduling, and staffing in coordination with building leadership.
• Monitor and drive functional outcome performance including GG score tracking.
• Collaborate with admissions, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to support census growth.
