Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a multidisciplinary team in our Olmsted Falls, OH facilities. You will oversee clinical quality, staffing, and care continuity, guiding therapy toward patient-centered outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with admissions and nursing to support census growth and lead with ethics and excellence in a family-owned, outcomes-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in good standing — PT, OTR, PTA, COTA, or SLP.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary therapy team in a SNF setting.
• Ability to manage productivity, scheduling, and compliance alongside clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team including PT, OT, SLP, and therapy assistants.
• Oversee clinical quality, productivity, and compliance across the therapy department.
• Manage caseload, scheduling, and staffing in coordination with building leadership.
• Monitor and drive functional outcome performance including GG score tracking.
• Collaborate with admissions, nursing, and interdisciplinary care teams to support census growth and care continuity.
• Mentor clinical staff and foster a culture of excellence, autonomy, and patient-centered care.
• Serve as the primary therapy liaison to building administration and corporate leadership.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active clinical license in good standing — PT, OTR, PTA, COTA, or SLP
• Clinical experience in a SNF setting — prior DOR experience a plus but not required
• Strong clinical foundation with the ability to lead, develop, and retain a therapy team
• Comfortable managing productivity, scheduling, and compliance alongside clinical responsibilitiesCommitment to outcomes-driven, ethics-led care
