Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver patient-centered OT services in our Ohio facilities. You’ll participate in evaluations, treatment planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve function and safety.

• Active COTA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision.
• Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and patient progression.
• Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on function and safety.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
