Job summary

Sprenger Therapy in Lorain, OH is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. You will deliver patient-centered care, working with residents and families, guided by an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence.

We emphasize clinician-led support, mentorship from day one, and a stable, family-oriented culture across 12 facilities in Ohio and SC. New graduates are welcome to apply and grow in this settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function and independence.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
