Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, a family-owned organization operating 12 skilled nursing facilities across Ohio and South Carolina. This role provides OT services in an in-house setting, emphasizing patient-centered care and clinical autonomy.

New graduates are welcome and mentorship starts on day one; you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support functional outcomes and patient safety in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision.

• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
